Athlepad is a mobile application that connects athletes with coaches, provides training content, and facilitates athletic development through video sharing, coaching services, and community features. The app allows users to create profiles, share training videos, connect with coaches, and access athletic content.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You must choose a role (Athlete or Coach) and provide relevant information

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You must keep your profile information up to date

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

• Using the App for its intended purpose of athletic development
• Sharing appropriate athletic content and training videos
• Interacting with other users in a respectful manner
• Providing coaching services (for coaches)
• Uploading certificates and achievements
• Creating and managing training sessions

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
• Interfere with the App's functionality or security
• Use the App to harass, bully, or harm others

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the App, including videos, photos, and text.

By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

• Store and display your content within the App

• Use your content for app improvement and development

6. Coaching Services

6.1 Coach Responsibilities

• Coaches must provide accurate information about their qualifications
• Coaches are responsible for the quality of their services
• Coaches must maintain professional standards
• Coaches must set appropriate pricing for their services
• Coaches must respond to athlete requests in a timely manner

6.2 Athlete Responsibilities

• Athletes should verify coach qualifications before engaging services
• Athletes are responsible for following training advice safely
• Athletes should consult healthcare professionals when appropriate
• Athletes must respect coach time and expertise

6.3 Service Fees

• Coaches may set their own fees for services
• All transactions are processed through the app
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We may charge a service fee for facilitating transactions

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Actions of other users
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Content uploaded by users

11. Indemnification

12. Termination
